[Ham-Mac] My eMac Won't Power On

I do suspect the power supply.

I was typing away and it powered down.
No luck at trying to power on again.  It
sounds like it wants to, the relays or whatever
it is makes a sound and then it is like something
that is monitored is out of range and before
anything happens it shuts down.  (It is an eMac
with built-in CRT, CRT vs LCD for photo buffs?)

I wonder how this relates to my DigiKeyer situation?
