[Ham-Mac] Fwd: My New Digi Keyer Has A Problem

Buzz out the two leads on the burned part, and tell me where they go
(check to the USB connector and the FTDI chip). Is the part labeled?
I can't see a silkscreen ref designator for it. Also, the transistor
labeled 3V3, what type is it? I'm curious if they're using it to
switch between the USB bus and an external power connector.
