[Ham-Mac] Feedback on Cyberguys

The qty 2 Keyspan USA-19QW's  arrived today.

One of them was an open package with the
tie wrap removed from the the USB cable,
evidently.

It does work, just kinda makes me feel bad
about it.

The other one is a sealed package and all
that I would expect of a retail package.

Not sure why this is, but as long as it works,
I guess.  I did not buy open package or refurb.
Not sure if I got OEM, restock, or what.
