[Ham-Mac] Worked 9M4SDX On 40m

Lucky you!  9M4SDX isn't W. Malaysia, but Spratly, one of the most  
sought-after DX entities.  It is claimed by several countries  
including Malaysia, hence the 9M callsign.  A few months ago there  
was a Phillipine operation on one of the other islands there using  
the DX prefix.
