Yes.  My standard setup is the Keyspan USA-28X and two Palm 10116U  
DIN-8/DB-9 adapters with MacLoggerDX, MacMemoriesManager, a Yaesu  
FT-857D, and various other serial toys.  I have also used the older  
Keyspan USA-28, but it did not work consistently with  
MacMemoriesManager.  I haven't tried my Keyspan USA-19HS with that  
rig but expect it would work fine (the USA-19HS is the DB9 single  
port that CompUSA has).
