There are those 9-to-25 pin adapters that came with
serial mouses. Kinda a kludge. Then, there is the
soldering iron :) I have the 9-pin connectors and the
hoods here from many projects. I once had to make
RJ-45 to 9-pin cables for a PCI multi-port serial board.
