[Ham-Mac] Need Ideas on USB-Serial Problems

Steve,
I know I have hit comms problems before with the Keyspan apparently
locked up and no data going out, though the ports did appear to be
there. The solution was to power down the iMac completely and restart
it. Might be worth a try.
Have you tried removing all other un-necessary USB devices ?
Let us know how you get on, it is a bit of a mystery.
