I am using the Keyspan USA19, USA28 and the USA49 (1 port, 2 port and
4 port) devices along with several microHAM devices (they use a
different driver)

The only problem I have had under 10.5.1 Intel is that I sometimes
have to unplug and re-plug some USB devices for them to be enumerated
after a reboot.

When you say "neither program can find the radios" do you mean that
they don't show up in the port popups or that they do show up but they
won't communicate properly ?

If they don't show up in the popup that is usually a driver problem.

If the hub(s) and USB cables are OK they will show up in the system
profiler but for them to show up in the application popups the correct
driver need to be loaded.

Don't know if this is any help, but hopefully a place to start...
