[Ham-Mac] recording audio w/Mac?

I don't know if there are any built-in recorders, but I just did a
Web search and found the following freeware recorders:
1. SoundRecorder 2.1 - http://monkeybreadsoftware.info/Freeware/
SoundRecorder.shtml. This programs records audio to a QuickTime file.
2. Audacity - http://audacity.sourceforge.net/. This is an open-
source app that not only lets you record, but also edit the recorded
audio.
I have been meaning to download Audacity for a while now. I think
I'll do it this evening.
