[Ham-Mac] recording audio w/Mac?

You don't say what kind of radio you want to record from, but in my
case, I have an IC-746PRO that makes the audio available on an
accessory connector on the back of the rig. For PSK31 operation, I
simply connect that to the Line In on an iMic from Griffin (http://
www.griffintechnology.com/products/imic/). This works great for
PSK31, and I imagine that it would work really well, too, if I wanted
to record the audio, no matter what mode I was operating.

My question is, what software is everyone using to do this?
