[Ham-Mac] Using Windows Contesting Software on a Mac

I use a small handful of Windows applications that are not available as
Mac OS X programs using VMWare... all work absolutely perfectly. Yes,
you have to purchase and install Windows, and spend another $75 or so on
VMWare, but it is absolutely stable, reliable, and individual
applications (i.e. contest software) can be configured to run
individually in a window alongside cocoaModem, MacLoggerDX, etc.

CrossOver Mac might be an option, but it is very fussy about what runs
(and how it runs) and I don't want to mess with that. VMWare is a
completely stable and reliable solution that "just works" with no
fussing or coaxing :-)

p.s. I think Apple made Intel Mac Mini's primarily for Ham Radio
operators... the consummate ham radio computer!
