[Ham-Mac] EchoMac via a DSL Modem

Dick,
There are several menu items in the D-Link router setup. The ones referred
to in the FAQ are in the "Special AP" section and SHOULD work, but didn't
for me. I used the "Virtual Server" settings, which is where you would set
up a Web, Mail, FTP, etc. server if you were hosting one of them.
Using this method, you can't use DHCP for the client computer so set it's IP
address manually in System Preferences to something in the router's subnet
(try 192.168.0 10 assuming the router is at 192.168.0 1). Then set up one
line in the Virtual Server Settings for each port you need forwarded.
The downside to this method is that only one computer in the network can
work on EchoLink, but it does work.
