[Ham-Mac] EchoMac help

Patricia, ke5jex, is having trouble hearing and being heard via EchoMac.
She is in Lufkin, TX and I am in Austin, TX.  She managed to connect to the
K5AXW-R node.  I was listening on the 442.15 repeater and heard it announce
KE5JEX was connected.  The problem was she could not hear the repeater audio
and we could not hear her.

I suspect this may have something to do with ports being blocked on her Mac.

How about some help from EchoMac users on how to open the blocked ports?
