Hi Dick,

I just finished installing my new Kenwood TM-D700A into the car. Had
to get rid of the ICOM 208H as it was VERY bad with pager intermod
and wanted to learn/play with packet/APRS in the CAR.

I have connected the serial cable and used MacMemories Manager to
program memory frequencies into the radio. That saved me a few hours
I am sure.

Anyway not sure I can help as I am also new to this radio but happy
to try. I am like going to try similar things with packet as she will.

She can email me directly as not sure the list will want to hear the
to and fro.
