MacMemoriesManager, iSpectrum, EchoMac and MacDoppler for Cocoa are  
all Universal Binaries and run natively on PPC and Intel Macs.

MacLoggerDX is a Carbon application which runs fine on the Intel Macs.

I have tested them all on a dual core Mac Mini and there are lots of  
people out there running MacLoggerDX on Intel hardware.

Make sure you have the correct USB/Serial adapter drivers installed  
and it should all work right out of the box.
