John G3BBD/N3YZR,

I did a tilt on your cocoaModem version 1.04 until you clarified that you
are using Mac OX 10.2 (Jaguar) rather than 10.3 (Panther) or the current
10.4 (Tiger). Per the W7AY users manual the older versions, like 1.04, can
be downloaded but they do not incorporate all the features mention in the
current manual.

The features you describe work perfect in cocoaModem 2.0 with Mac OSX 10.4.
I cannot comment on what works and does not work in the older versions.
Something tells me the problems you describe may go away if you updated your
Mac OX and used one more recent versions of cocoaModem.

I do not recall any issues with the Flush and I have used it since well
before version 1.04.
