I don't know about Bill's KB but MacLoggerDX does support the  
microHAM CW KEYER and the microHAM microKEYER.

Both of them use a system of multiplexed serial ports over USB which  
require some virtual com-port support within the application.

MacLoggerDX also has the software to upgrade the firmware and  
configure the keyers...
