I have been using DesignWorks Lite recently. Works very well with OS 
10.3.9 on G4 iMac.  Fairly easy to learn and after the 30 day free 
trial is good value, considering the features, at $39.95.  Unless you 
are building something huge, the "Lite" version is fine.
