Hi Steve,

Thanks for the reply.  I have posted what I found out when I talked 
with Tigertronics.  I had the volume cranked up all the way in both 
the System Preferences and in the software.  I still thinik that is 
was some kind of operator error.  But with the power out, I think I 
now have a different problem also. I had the balance in the middle, 
didn't have a chance to try it on the left before I noticed that the 
power red light was out.
