[Ham-Mac] FD Contest Template for cocoaModem

[Dick Kriss, AA5VU]

Due to family commitments I will not be able to participate with my regular
FD group but would like to pass out a few 1D STX RTTY and PSK contacts using
cocoaModem.

I realize FD is not one the standard cocoaModem contest templates.  I wonder
which of the standard templates would be best for FD.  No problem changing
the macros but I am not sure how to log the exchange.
