[Ham-Mac] "You cannot open this application ... because it is not suppotrted on this system"

I have a mac mini. I have been trying to run a number of ham programs. 
When I try to open them I get the message that "You cannot open this 
application ... because it is not supported on this system".  The mini 
runs Mac OS X version 10.4.6.

The most recent programs I have tried is IcomControl,
