No, there is not.

Winlink is a proprietary system, and despite numerous requests from  
the amateur community, closed source.

Unfortunately, some of the principles involved are on the related  
ARRL working groups and boards, so unless there's a new solution that  
gets *overwhelming* ad-hoc adoption, we're stuck with a Windows-only  
solution that uses both proprietary software and hardware.

Not really in the spirit of amateur radio, is it?
