QSL is the old CW Q-signal for "I acknowledge receipt"
A QSL card is a postcard that confirms an amateur radio contact.
TQSL (actually tqsl.app on the Mac) is the application that allows
electronic logs to be signed with information before being uploaded
to the ARRL's Logbook of The World. (LoTW) If contacts match what
other operators upload, then an electronic confirmation (QSL) results.
TQSL is short for "Trusted QSL", which is the underlying name of the
technology.
