Bob,
Your note did not say if you first trashed and downloaded a fresh
replacement version of tsql? You are getting the same error I had last year
and the FIX recommended by the LoTW desk was to install a new version of
tsql. You may also want to trash the file called "tqslapp Preferences" in
your Preferences folder.

Ps: I can sign a ADIF file created by tsql, but still have not figured out
how to get tsql to sign my contest Cabrillo file. Bill, aa4lr, gave me a
good clue that it may be due to the setup in my tsql-cabrillo-prefs file.
