[Ham-Mac] Help Uploading a Contest Cabrillo format to LoTW

Bob, 

Sorry about the typo. Yes the file was saved with a .tq8.  I had the same
problem you are having a few months ago and the 'fix' was to trash both
applications and download a fresh version from ARRL.  After installing the
replacement version of  tqsl it worked an I was able to create new ADIF
files and sign them.  Try it.
