For an alternative word processsor, you might want to take a look at  
Nisus Writer, a relatively inexpensive word processor with some  
attractive features.  Although it doesn't come "preprogrammed" for  
all the various labels, as does (for example) Micro$oft Word, you  
could set up a Table within Nisus to do the same job.

For addressing QSL cards and the like, take a look at the FREE  
desktop widget from Ambrosia Software, EasyEnvelopes.  It is tightly  
integrated with the address book app, and can be set to print  
addresses of a variety of document sizes, which should cover about  
any QSL card size you can think of.
