[Ham-Mac] backup options

Harris,
I use a Crossfire Smartdisk via Firewire. Worked OK once I was told I
needed to reformat it for Mac OS X. (Mine came formatted for Windows
and wouldn't take certain file types). Can now mirror all important
files including MLDX logbook. Address Book's backup/restore works fine
with it for example. Even in our cool English climate, it runs fairly
warm, so I only power it up for backups.
