What is new in Version 1.3?

1. Ability to send and view APRS messages. Viewing messages is not  
implemented elegantly as radio refuses to cooperate. Basically  
program queries radio every 30 seconds if View Messages window is  
opened. Also there is no command to delete a message that can be send  
to radio, so deletion needs to be handled in radio.
2. Export APRS Log file to tab delimited ASCII Text file.
3. When you close main window application continues to run in the  
background.
This let you have Messages window stay open if you want to monitor  
incoming, outgoing APRS messages.
App icon shows a badge with a number of currently tracked stations.
4. Hopefully fixed bug related to TH-D7(A,E) radios.
5. Added "None" as the first port in Radio Port pop up button. This  
avoids the confusion when serial driver is on the top of the list and  
looks like it is already selected.
