[Ham-Mac] Issue with ARRL's LoTW TSQL v1.11 for Mac OSX

The problem is history! I took the advice from Wayne Mills, N7NG, at the
ARRL LoTW program.  I trashed the two applications and downloaded fresh
versions.  No more wxWidget errors and I just uploaded the greenies* to the
LoTW site using the new LoTW certificate.

Heads up if you see the wxWidgets error message.  The fix is easy... just
download a fresh version of the applications.
