[Ham-Mac] Problems with TQSL for LOTW

Bob, 

FYI, I had some issues about two weeks ago and they were all cleared by
trashing both application and installing fresh apps from the LoTW web page.
I don't know what happened but trashing and replacing worked. Try it.... the
price is right
