I concur with this - I am using the Microham box with Yaesu rigs and 
OSX and the new driver is fine.

Also I have used the Keyspan adapters beforehand with various devices 
and always found them to be very good too but the Microham box is a 
great way to condense the USB conversion, serial control, CW, PTT & 
Squelch control and audio in/out interfaces all in one very small neat 
box.
