[Ham-Mac] Radio interfacing

You might want to take a fresh look at that. The USB interface is  
based on an FTDI chipset. FTDI recently released MacOS X drivers that  
they _claim_ no longer needs the power cycle. When someone tries it  
and reports back success, then we will know...
