[Ham-Mac] MacAPRS / Map Blast

Sorry, haven't seen it working in years. It did at the time of the  
release. It should probably just be taken out of the code. The tiger  
maps look so good I really wouldn't want to wait for the internet  
anyway. And I can take the tiger maps with me out in the field,  
without needing to load the internet.

Now if there was some specific raster maps you wanted, the DEM  
geotiff format still works great. I've got a bunch of topo maps I put  
in for a demo and I just checked them out again, they're still there  
and still work!
