[Ham-Mac] tQSL

I've been running the Mac version of tQSL since it came out and I've 
used it for a dozen or so submissions totaling over 3000 QSOs without 
problem. The ARRL says there's a big problem with the old version and 
Mac users should immediately download and use the new version of tQSL.

Dutifally, last night, I downloaded the 1.11 version from the LoTW site 
and whenever I try to run it, I get the following:

Error: Configuration file error.

This happens no matter what I try to do, whether it is edit an existing 
file, sign a file, etc.

I can still use the old version and it has always and still does work 
fine but the new one is not working. Any suggestions? Any compelling 
reason to make the change?
