[Ham-Mac] NBTV Apps Update

Both NBTVSource and NBTVMonitor have been updated and can be  
downloaded from http://homepage.mac.com/kd6cji
Files are: NBTV Monitor Tiger V2.1.zip and NBTV Source Tiger v1.1.zip

System requirements:  G4/G5 Macintosh computer, Mac OS X v 10.4+.

NBTVSource has more video modes added. When camera is not connected  
it switches to still image source. No need to restart application  
after reconnecting camera, just switch to Video mode.

NBTVMonitor broken into 2 windows: Monitor and Scope. Improved sync  
detection. New color modes.
