Dick -- I've never had any problem getting to the ARRL page from my 
Mac's at different locations.  I have found some issues with various 
wireless routers not letting the Mac get to secure sites (like eBay 
log-in).  Found this out recently and solved the problem by bypassing 
the router and going direct to the DSL modem via Ethernet.

What's your setup between your Mac and the internet?
