  I know that Tiger has it's own version of the wxWidgets library set  
bundled in.  I just found the last copy of the source code that Jon  
had sent me, tweaked it to use the built-in Tiger libraries and  
compiled them up.  I was able to sign a file, but since I don't use  
this program, I can't say it's really been tested.
