Chris, et al:

Is there any way to assign modes to function keys, ie F1=idle, 
F2=RTTY, F2=PSK-31, etc.? If not, I think this would be a nice 
addition to the program.

An alternative would be some user-progammable buttons on the main 
window and an IDLE button on each mode's window. I really liked 
having the selection on the main window in the previous version I 
played with (4.something).
