Yeah, I noticed that also.  I tried a search on story number, but  
that didn't work.

In the index pages, you don't see story numbers, but once you go to a  
story, you'll see this:

    <-  12 of 118  ->  at the top of the story "More Like A Porsche"

This says that this story is #12 of the 118 posted so far.  Clicking  
on the left or right arrows will take you to story 11 or 13.

I just found it easier to refer to the various stories by their  
unique 2 or 3 digit IDs.
