Aloha =
and please add me to the list of Mac COntestors - both HF and VHF
and a former user of MacContest 3.5 - which was a nice / small(tight)
Sys 6 contesting program that was good for the single operator and did -
in the pre-Cabrillo days - all that was needed.
It didn't do VHF nor the WARC bands - though MacContest 4.0 supposedly
did those.
And that brings me to the second plea - a logger for DXpeditioning -
basically, a lot like the Contest version, just allows for dupes / WARC
/ VHF+
Most of the time I am NOT operating from home, nor do I have access to
the Net for looking up an address (which I don't need) nor DXTelnet
(since I'm the DX :-) ) so it can be a lean-mean program.
(MacContest fit on a 1.4M floppy with room for the data files! If that
could just be updated to sys 9 or OSX...)
So, sign me up for contesting / DXpeeditioning - and preferably suitable
for small (read cheap) machines... :-)
73 and aloha - across the Other Pond
