http://www.mccad.com/ *is* Mac-native and has been since the beginning 
of time. Also has a limited freeware version which is actually the full 
version with a pincount limit and single sheet for the schematic.

As with any CAD system there is a learning curve. McCAD has a real 
Macintosh interface. When one grabs a detail with the mouse it moves 
like one expects. This also mostly applies to the Windows version of 
McCAD tools.
