[Ham-Mac] Tuning Dial Tracking added to MacDopplerPRO beta

MacDopplerPRO X v2.9.0b1 has been posted at...

It features the long awaited "Tuning Dial Tracking".

Spinning the radio's front panel tuning dial will tune the downlink and 
if the "TLock" button is engaged, the correct uplink frequency will 
automatically be calculated and applied. These offsets are displayed in 
the Controls window just as if they had been applied with the 
MacDopplerPRO VFO slider or up/down buttons.
