Try the link at the bottom of the message:

Near the bottom of the page it tells how to unsubscribe.  Enter your  
email address in the box and click on the "Unsubscribe or edit  
options" button.

Alternatively, you can send an email with the subject "unsubscribe" to:
ham-mac-request at mailman.qth.net
