DUMB OPERATOR ERROR!!  I usually leave SignaLink off  and just look 
at PSK-31 until I want to TX.  It has been off all this time, until I 
finally realized that the signals were going from the computer to the 
radio!!  Seems to work just fine now, and is still stable with VPC, 
which is surprising me.
