Lew,

I can bring it up with graphics with Safari in the other user account 
I set up, but after I downloaded
FireFox  there I found that it didn't bring up the graphics either in 
that account.  At this point I don't have a clue, but it is easier to 
use IE or Safari in the other user account than trying to fix it. 
Makes no sense to me.
