The following URL has details on compiling NEC2++ and Xnecview for OS X

http://www.scispot.org/archives/lab_technique/
compiling_nec2_on_mac_os_x.html

I got NEC2++ going but am still struggling with Xnecview...

I also have some FORTRAN source by SM5BSZ for a yagi optimiser program
OMNEC that I would love to get going here.
