[Ham-Mac] Mac and PSK31

Hi everyone,
this is my first posting to the group so I hope you can help.
For a long time now I have been hoping for the chance to start using 
PSK31 (never used it before). But, as my wife is severely disabled, and 
I am her only carer, time has always been at a premium. Anyway,  I 
think I can make a start now. The problem is, what do I get started 
with.
My setup is as follows: TS 570D into a trapped dipole for 10 through 
80, and an Apple eMac (new model, running OS X 10.3.6). I can lay my 
hands on a 'Rigblaster Plus' and, although I have a USB - serial 
adaptor, not sure if this would work or not. I have no idea as to what 
software is available for the Mac.
I haven't got the space here for a PC as well (even if I could afford 
one!), so that idea won't work.
I'm sure there MUST be some one out there operating PSK31 using a 
similar setup.
Any help / advice would be very much appreciated.
