[Ham-Mac] Sweepstakes and CQ WW Contest SW Updates

Posted today are updated versions of the contest software for the ARRL 
Sweepstakes and the CQ WW DX contests.

Both implement a method to disable either or both of the two receive 
text areas if using a TNC.  This is to reduce the screen flashing if 
using a slower Macintosh.  It should be noted that performance is 
fairly dismal if using a Mac slower than 200 MHz with a TNC.  However, 
one can disable both of the received text areas, copy by "ear" and 
still use the software to send the exchange and other macros.

With the Sweepstakes software, enhancements were added to eliminate a 
bug when viewing either the "Sections Needed" or "Sections Worked" when 
using a TNC for reception.

The CQ WW DX software now allows the editing of the Zone received.
