Well it all depends on you location.
if you are in a major metropolitan area then you might be able to get 
wireless service from a cellular company like verison.
Don't expect to get fast speeds unless your pockets are deep.
Take a look a look at www.stormstudy.com
He has a wireless service from his truck to send a picture to his web 
site.
