[Ham-Mac] MacLoggerDX Integrated CW Keyer

MacLoggerDX 3.9.4b8 has been posted at

This beta contains a first cut at an integrated CW Keyer that works by 
toggling the DTR line of the serial port used to control the radio.

You can construct a transistor interface or use the microHAM interfaces:

Timing is a bit rough and not all the special characters have been 
included but let me know if you try it...
